SW satellite

Trying to install my motor (SG2100) but forgot what my setting will be for finding sat. Anyone can provide the following information:

Southwest sat (believe it's 79W)
Motor elevation and dish elevation (located in Toronto, Canada)
Best transponder to use

Toronto is at 43.4 Lat 79.2 Long

True South is AMC5 (79W)
Elevation for motor is the same as latitude (there is a latitude scale on one side of motor)

12182 H 23000-strong one
