Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains

Stupid move. Russell and his ego. Pavarti will school him, and I hate Pavarti.

This better not be a weak ending with Sandra, Courtney, and Pavarti at the end........

And JT?.......we'll see next week I guess.

So, I don't get it. Russell says he is voting for Courtney, and does, but Danielle votes for Coach?

It really was dumb for Russell to let himself get played by Sandra - who I have hated since Panama, where she did not deserve to win.

Now, giving Russell an immunity idol is one of the funniest things I have ever heard; but we have to remember, those folks did not have the advantage of watching him play in Samoa. Advantage Russell.

Next week is going to be so good! I can totally see why JT wants to give the idol to Russel. This is going to beat Tyson switching vote and got himself out of the game.

We have been commenting a lot at home about how Jeri has changed (and I don't mean about how she has aged). She is much quieter; she is in no way the same player she was in Australia or all-stars. She is definitely more grown-up, and it looks like the game is taking more of a physical toll on her than it did 10 years ago. Its ironic in that I actually like her now - used to despise her. She was the ultimate evil survivor in her day.

then again old Colby hasn't quite been the same either. Nor has Rupert. Whereas Russell has spent 58 consecutive days out there so far, and looks fit as a fiddle.

Yeah, I didn't get that Danielle vote either....hopefully they'll explain next week.

I'm with you about Sandra!

I was thinking the same thing last week. She definitely has a different perspective on the game and maybe life, it seems. When she said she wanted to go with Russell because he's playing the game, and she wanted to win, I felt it was a turning point for her.

One thing that amazes me is how little respect she gets from anyone on her tribe; yet all of those "villain" women owe a lot to Jeri for paving the way. And really, most of them are just annoying.

Re: Russell's vote; it was really smart in one sense, in that HE does not necessarily lose Coach's vote; maybe he learned a bit from his experience in Samoa (even though he did not know the outcome when he did this show); but he knew his votes and double-crosses did cost him votes.

It is definitely game-on assuming that the merge does happen next week; I don't see tribal loyalties being that important when you put these players in the end-game of the last 20 days..

I've been rooting for the Villains all season and Russell, Jerri has matured this season and is likable... I watched a little of the Survivor China finale last night from my Directv drive, I didn't remember Courtney almost winning it...
The Dragon slayer is still a legend (in his own mind) ;) Heres a couple of exit interviews...

Thought I'd tag it in case Yaz hasn't watched yet. ;) Just kissing yaz! Was another good episode. I hope they merge soon as I don't think that Russell is going to stay around much longer without a merge. If he gets the HII from JT the whole thing is going to be a huge mess!

Very interesting. So now both Russell and Parv have HIIs. I guess Russell will say that he used the idol (so as not to let them know he has it. But Russell still doesn't know about Parv's. This could get very interesting when they merge next week.

"So now they are giving me the idol." Wow. Just amazing. BUT Russell has the advantage that NO ONE there saw him on Samoa. Obviously JT would not have given it to him had he known King Russell's history. :)

Stupid elimination. Obnoxious Sandra should have been axed. She is horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

And JT's move could prove to make James' leaving with 2 idols in his pocket look minor. :)

I would agree, but Courney mentioning bringover over Amanda to Parvati pretty much confirmed she would flip.

Sandra though has a history of going where the winds blow, and right now they blow with Russell & Parvati.

Whatever you think of Russell, but he has made this game so much more entertaining! For the second season a row!
Though this season I think it's going to be more difficult for him to get to the end.
