I have been using it and trading it the last few months and it is really quite great. Like carrying cash on the internet, IMO perfect for things like this, drop a few coins here and there with out having to deal with merchant accounts and cc processors fees etc. Hopefully one day the volatility will settle down and it can be used widely.

Funny story about Malboro miles! I didn't smoke bit my college roommate who I guess was underage for there miles thing asked if I could sign up for her, ended up pretty good as they would continue for a while to send me gifts on my birthday and such
