I just checked my bill online and the second $49.50 for NFL Superfan was added to my bill. The CSR claimed they had no clear timetable for when this would be credited.

It was still on mine as well. I called and got the same story you did. Then I called and spoke with customer Retention. He said that the credits were already made. The $49.50 second payment was on my bill becasue it was entered that I was not a ST repeat customer. They had to credit the whole thing and put the $49 special price in instead.
