Super Joey Upgrade

I apologize if this has been answered in other threads but I couldn't find the answer. I currently have the original Hopper and 3 Joeys. I want to upgrade one Joey for a Super Joey when it becomes available. Will it work with my original Hopper or will I also have to upgrade to the newest Hopper with Sling?

My understanding from CES is that it would work with any version of the Hopper. It would have been nice to get a solid schedule and pricing for the Super Joey, but nothing yet (that I have seen/heard).
