Super Buddy keeps beeping

hey guys , i was in the process of updating my super buddy meter , and it gave me an error in the process. now all it does it beeps and flashes sat buddy on the screen.
any suggestions?

Call applied instruments, the number is on the back of the meter. They are extremely helpful. Sometimes if the update gets interrupted or whatever, the meter is shot and has to be reloaded at the factory. I assume you have tried to connect it and update it again?

yea i tried , but the meter is not recognized. i guess ill call them tmmrw am.
