Looks like it is a cross between a HTPC and a Stream Listing box.

While it lists a lot of channels, most of them are NOT live channels, but instead links to their shows or clips that are posted. Don't expect to get one of these and thing that you are going to watch your favorite shows live, or even full shows.

But at $99 its a good price. I would love to review one!
