Why is the football on the SUN channel on the multisports package why is blocked? I though college football wasnt blackedout on the multisport package.

There are college football blackout restricitions that exists, so that blanket statement is not true

The South East conf. is very strict on its territory, almost all Florida games football and basketball are blacked out unless you live in Florida.

Per contracts between ESPN and the Southeastern Conference, any football and men's basketball on RSNs like Sun or FSN-South are only available to the viewers in SEC territory (all the SEC states, plus for some reason North Carolina is included). It must be blacked out to everyone else. This also applies to replays. It's bizarre to me that a Florida Gators football replay from last year must still be blacked out, but that's how it works.
