Could be increased demand in your node. Typically that error as we talked about in the past is associated with the switched digital video channels. If the network in your node is congested then it simply does not have the space to send you the requested channel so you get that error. BHN does monitor these things but often it can take time to resolve as there are a lot of logistics involved in most cases. They will typically work on the highest reporter failures first then move down. So if its a new problem then you will likely be at bottom of the list, it could also of just been an unusually high demand time/day and if the problem does not occur often can chock it up to just demand.
