submitting an RFE to Dish?

Is there any official way to submit and RFE (Request For Enhancement) to Dish, other than just posting it here and hoping somebody reads it? I have a couple of things I would love to see added to the DVR software to make them a little more user-friendly and I'm sure others do too...

You could try renting a plane and flying one of those banners behind it to Denver... but Charlie is probably busy rolling around in his money and throwing things at his employees anyway.... perhaps a daydreaming "engineer" will see it.
