Yes!

Maybe. You will lose signal level, but it is difficult to say if it will be enough to hurt program quality.

I split mine between my HR20/H20 & have no signal problems.

you will defineitely lose signal strength.... on an analog station you may see higher levels of noise. on digital stations you may experience more dropouts

You will lose 3 db for every splitter you put on the line.
Provided your not running to long of a run, you should have no problems.
