stupid question about trade DVR

I have a 811 upstairs that I use all the time and a 522 that I never used in the basement. What is D policy on sending there equipment back or a trade in? I can send my 522 and 811 back for 942. I really want a 942 with my HDTV but I don't want to pay the 250 for renting it. Can anyone help me out. What is a standard box for D? without a DVR. How much would that run me?

Doubt that you will get the 942 for $250, thats a new customer one time lease sub fee. You will have to contact dish directly to find out about the upgrade program wich generaly involves one for one though things may have changed in september.
