streaming instead of playing from recorded episode

I'm catching up on CSI and when I deleted the next to last episode it came up with autoplay in x seconds. I let it play since we were going to watch the episode anyway, but to my surprise it started showing "preparing to playback" like it does when you stream. I check my router and sure enough, it is streaming the episode even though it was recorded from the sat when it aired. Anyone else noticed this?

This is on a HR-34 running whatever the current NR software is.

I just looked at the list and the season finale "The End Game" was recorded but had not S/E information listed. the streamed episode does have them listed so I guess that is why it did it??

since i dont have internet hooked into my genie, i couldnt tell you with any certainty, but im guessing its something going on with the all seasons software.
