streaming downloaded media to the hopper.

ok guys as you all know i have a hopper and one joey, i know the hopper has capabilities to have media streamed to it, what do i have to do in order to do it,

You need a media server like Plex, Tversity, PlayOn, etc. Windows 7 has it built into Windows Media Player (not sure about Windows eight). Then go into settings and select Home Media and you should be good to go. I use Plex and it works like a charm.

Video  – Containers MPEG-TS, MPEG-PS, MKV, MP4 with combination of Video codec H264/AVC, MPEG2 and audio codec, AAC, AAC PLUS, AC3 and MPEG audio 
Audio – MP3 , AAC , ALAC, FLAC, AC3, WAV, LPCM
