I just had a 30 minute conversation with DirecTV, talking to two different CSRs. The first person tried the normal BS of resetting the box, and would not listen to me when I told her to just add the Starz HD Charge Line in. After about 20 minutes, she got frustrated and passed me on to another lady who was very helpful and had it working in about 10 minutes. I now have a charge line for Starz HD, Cinemax HD, and the Sports HD in my recent activity. Everything seems to be working fine.
I don't know how accurate this is, but she also told me that I should start receiving Cinemax HD and the Sports Pack in HD before the end of the day.
To be honest, I'm satisfied that I have the channels that were announced and that my Starz is finally working!
