Stop Unfair TV Taxes (Channel 506)

What is this channel? Is it new? Are they going to start charging tax for my DirecTV service? I live in Albany, NY. I just never noticed this channel and don't know if it's new or not.

No they have a chance to basically outlaw satellite taxes on a federal level making it so NY and other sates cant have a satellite tax.

Exactly like Stonecold said, they're trying to push a bill that would prevent states from charging tax on satellite that isn't equally charged to cable customers.
