This info was posted at DBS a while ago and has been quite accurate so far:
DBSTalk.Com - View Single Post - FSN Midwest HD
The remainder of the RSNs all have a launch plan for HD, indiacted in this post. We are now up to part D, and all the others have launched as indicated except those in part A (MSG & FSNY) which did not happen for unknown reasons.
Which RSNs are available in HD on a 24/7 basis?
oDIRECTV will offer the following Regional Sports Networks (RSNs) in HD on a 24/7 basis. The following charts provide HD launch date and HD channel number(s).
Chart A - Status Unknown - Did not launch
FSNY Sep 19, 2007 (tentative) 624
MSG Sep 19, 2007 (tentative) 621
Chart B - LAUNCHED
CSN Chicago Oct 1, 2007 (tentative) 640 or 680
CSN Mid-Atlantic Oct 1, 2007 (tentative) 629 or 681
NESN Oct 1, 2007 (tentative) 623 or 682
SNY Oct 1, 2007 (tentative) 625 or 683
YES Oct 1, 2007 (tentative) 622 or 684
Chart C - LAUNCHED
FSN Detroit Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 636
FSN Prime Ticket Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 653
FSN Southwest Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 643
FSN West Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 652
Chart D - Launched 10/17 except CSN West, these will be games only, not 24/7
oDIRECTV will offer all of the HD games broadcast on the following RSNs.
CSN West Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 656-1
FSN Midwest Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 647-1
FSN Pittsburgh Oct 17, 2007 (tentative) 628-1
Chart E - These are not slated to change and remain spotbeam only
oDIRECTV will continue to offer HD games from RSNs in Chart E below in Spot Beam Territory:
Altitude 97 Denver DMA
FSN Arizona 96 Phoenix DMA
FSN Bay Area 96 San Francisco DMA
FSN Florida 96 Miami/Orlando/Tampa DMAs
FSN New England 96 Boston DMA
FSN North 96 Minneapolis DMA
FSN Northwest 96 Seattle DMA
FSN Ohio 96 Cleveland DMA
FSN Rocky Mountain 97 Denver DMA
FSN South 96 Atlanta DMA
SportSouth 96 Atlanta DMA
SportsTime Ohio 96 Cleveland DMA
Sun Sports 96 Miami/Orlando/Tampa DMAs
The reason I'm posting this is that the info from the original poster has been VERY acurate so far, and if it remains this way, we are very near the end of the RSN expansion for the near future, perhaps until D11 is up.
Not what I wanted to see, but that looks to be their plan for now.
So with the exception of CSN West, FSN Pittsburgh and FSN Midwest, SNY, & FSN-NY I think we are looking at the end of the RSN expansion for 2007.
