I am a Giants fan and cannot be happier about the disorganization and chaos in Dallas, but Steve Young on ESPN put it best today . . . the team has no leadership . . . there is not one guy in the locker room willing to step up. It has nothing to do with management, coaching, etc. it has to do with someone not stepping up!

Therefore, here's my questions . . . who do you believe is a great leader on sports teams; either currently or in the past?

No I hadn't heard that, but Romo needs to drop her. JS is like a black cat. Why Romo broke up with Carrie Underwood I'll never know. When you're with the hottest girl imaginable and you think you can do better you're just asking for trouble. Romo found it.

The cowboys have nobody to blame for there present situation than themselves. They need to look themselves in the mirror and have someone on that team step up and be a leader. There's nothing sadder in life than wasted talent. And right now, the cowboys are just that, SAD! mind you I am a cowboys fan btw.

As much as I hate the Cowboys...you are 100% correct. This has NOTHING to do with Jessica Simpson nor anyone who is sleeping with ANY Cowboys...they are hurt and have some guys underachieving. When you get to the level of competition that these guy play....and I hate to use such a macho bull**** line for this...but.... a piece of a$$ is not gonna affect your play...

...they are NOT like us....
