Does the 3/4 TV RF output port on the receiver send stereo audio. I heard that the TV2 RF output sends MTS stereo audio. I heard normally the RF on say a 311 only sends mono-audio sound using the RF port. To get stereo you must use the RCA cables. Why would this be the case if TV2 is getting the stereo sound? Thank you.

The only RF output that sends stereo audio is the TV2 output on the 522.

The difference is that TV1 is using old cheap VHF modulators that they found under an old RadioHut warehouse that burnt down. When they used the sledgehammer to bash the 2 tuners together, they found that the VHF modulators were too big to fit two of them in the case they designed, so they had to go spend a whole buck three eighty on the UHF modulators that happen to have MTS. :D ;) :)

Having a little fun, but the story is somewhat accurate - lots of VHF mods are mono. Most UHF mods are stereo. Dunno why.

DISH discontinuing 921?

So how many dead end receivers has E* had?
