Anyone aware of how Dish determines what titles are downloaded vs streamed? There doesn't appear to be any set programming/channels that are stream only or download only. The aspect ratio glitch always rears its ugly head for me when streaming, never downloading. If we could force a download of On Demand instead of streaming I think it would eliminate playback anomalies.
