Std receivers w/digital audio

I need recommendations on adding a new 3rd receiver. I currently have my original RCA from '97 and a 4 year old Phillips. I have a dual LNB & understand I'll need to add a multiswitch. No problem there.

What I really want is just another standard receiver with digital audio out like my phillips. I dont want TIVO or DVR , and dont want HD. Are there standard receivers with Digital Audio available out there? I was considering buying an R10 w/Tivo ... but, is it possible to not sign up for the Tivo option? Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Your best bet right now is the R10 for $99 with a $100 rebate. The D10s don't have digital audio outs, so it is buying a used receiver or the R10 or HDTV.
