StarChoice dish and DVB pci card Hi all yes i am a newbie would like to know if my StarChoice76 cm dish with dual LNB and Twinhan 1020A will it get any fta

Is it the 76cm with one LNB or is it setup for 2?

If its one, then yes it will pick up from one satellite
If its two, then you should be able to get stuff from 2 adjacent satellites that are 4 degrees apart (IA6 & IA5) for an example.

it has two. someone said I can not use the lnbs that came with the starchoice dish for FYA. You need to replace those with circular (type - not shape) lnb and modify the dish a little

Depends on what satellite/s you plan to point at DBS/Ku, and what channels you are after? Maybe you can swap one to DBS and keep one Ku band and have the best of both worlds, thats what I have.

for AnikF1 & G11, you would keep the LNB's on there

For Nimiq1 you would need to swap it to a Dish/Evu LNB
