Yeah, I've read some too, but will watch it sometime this weekend and decide for myself. A lot of people dumped all over "Rings of Power", but I enjoyed the two seasons that are available...

This was hot garbage. Lol.

That’s about as kind as I can be about it.

They had some ways they could have gone that would have made it much better.

Wow...where to begin...?

This had potential. Really liked the initial scenes in the Terran Empire. Then it took a Mission: Impossible turn, got really weird and fell apart.

As Ronnie put it, with my spin on it, it was steaming hot mess. Why was Star Trek even in the title? I agree with osu1991, it shouldn't have been. They gave Michelle Yeoh a means of getting out of doing a Section 31 series, but in the process, ended up making something that was barely worth watching and I've seen a ton of Trek since the late 60s, a lot good and some bad.

On a scale of 1-10, I'd have to give this mess a 1. Huge disappointment...

Oh, I don't know about that... It's the only Trek film I don't have in my collection (though I won't be adding Section 31 either, should it ever come out on physical media)...

Well, I have seen worse. But I have to rate it above "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier".

Apparently, so does Rotten Tomatoes, 24% to 23%!

Other than Data getting blown up, I thought it was a pretty good film. ST:V is just not worth watching more than once...

When I watching Section 31 the intro of Star Trek was missing and the the rest of the movie was awful!! It was like insulting to my intelligence, the movie is arts farsty and has no sense of Star Fleet intelligence CIA or MI-15 "007 style" in galactic politics and military issues.

Maybe they should remake as a alternative timeline and stay on the right timeline track.

So yes, it's was pretty bad that I had to switch over to Star Wars "Andor" a adult version Star Wars TV which is way more entertaining than the Section 31.

Can't believe they wasted so much money on fine actress and a bad script!!
