So DNS is standardizing everything when it comes to a installation. I say it's about time. This will fix so many problems that are posted on this site. This will weed out the bad techs that cut corners. It was getting way out of control.

eh, I don't think it'll fix that much... you may weed out a few installers, but...
you will still have retailers and subcontractors out there installing (nothing against retail installers... i am one) but I don't really see DNS "standardizing" really fixing anything
you are always going to have good and bad installers on both sides
