I got my phone and wife pre-order this weekend will get ours Monday or Tuesday.. We are on the Sero $30 plan had to to a Sero Premium plan. It was just a extra $10 per line so bill went from $60 to close to $80 a month now we get unlimited GPS and mobile to any mobile which means calling any mobile phone on any carrier is free.. :)

Found out they still offer it just changed the name and its not as big a discount but can still be 10-20$ cheaper per plan then the regular plans.

Got mine at a Sprint store on Sunday. Was still using the Mogul so this phone is quite a change! Still getting use to the phone but so far has been great. Now just need to figure out where I can find a case or holder to fit it. The Sprint store had none and Amazon is pretty weak right now. Not sure if the Touch Pro 2 cases would hold it well or not?

Does sprint still offer the Sero plans does anyone know?

Yes they do... I was on the $30 plan for my line and my wife and we had to pay a extra $10 bucks for each line which is still not bad. Now we get unlimited GPS plus Any Mobile to any Mobile phone no matter what carrier it's with.. So our bill only went up $20 bucks and all I can say about the New HTC Arrive is that it ROCKS!!! :)

Does yours run hot? If I use mine for any length of time the back cover gets pretty hot. Want to address sooner rather than later if I have a phone with issues.

No mine does not run hot and my wife arrive is fine as well you might call sprint and let them know since these phone have not even been out a week yet. They should be able to do a swap out and port over your data... So far mine as ran like a Champ and this phone rocks is all I can say.. :)

Also got arrive and updated from Mogul->touch pro 2 -> Arrive. Really beautiful phone and OS. It does run little hot though.
