I am pretty new to this satellite stuff, so sorry if this has been answered elsewhere.
I live in the Clarksburg/Weston DMA (waaaaay down the rankings). Looking at "The List" on this site, my locals show up as available on a 129 CONUS beam (which I currently get) and as unavailable on an unknown 129 spot beam.
My question: is this telling me that when CIEL-2 is at 129, my locals are planned for a spot beam and if so, does that help or hurt my chances of getting them in HD in my lifetime?
