Dish reps were having trouble finding it in their channel lineup lists. If you call a rep they will say they don't carry it and will always get confused between Fox Sportsouth and Sportsouth. They are obviously two different channels.

Tell the rep they have to go into "MSG" to add those channels. The rep will know what "MSG" is. And in this case, "MSG" is not Madison Square Garden Network. It is a part of the computer program dish uses to add individual channels and to verify what is on your account.
