Splitter / Ground Block

Is there such an animal as a high frequency splitter and ground block combination.. This would be handy for me..

I've seen many splitters that have a ground wire connection on the side, but whether or not this is an adequate replacement for a ground block I don't know...

Not much demand for a combined one. Separate is more flexible to an installer.

My local electronics store (Unicorn Electronics) has a decent selection of 5-2050MHz splitters with the grounding block...prices aren't too bad either. They are "Philmore" brand.
