To get Spidey 1 and 2 on BR, you have to buy the trilogy Blu-Ray pack.

"Spider-Man High Definition Trilogy" pack delivering all three films on Blu-ray disc—imagine all the Goblin, Doc Ock, Sandman and Venom-ous glory in HD. Go on. Imagine it. It's quite nice. The three-pack is the only shot fans will have at owning the first two Spider-Man films in the tasty hi-def Blu-Ray format, so true-believers better pounce!

Some pluses and minuses there, but kinda lame that you can't pick and choose what you want, you have to get all 3, or only 3.

Spider-Man 3 Swings onto DVD in October! - Marvel.com News

6 total Spidey 3 releases. Normal, Special 2-disc, Trilogy - BR and DVD versions of each.

Edit: Poked around some more and found some more info, thought I'd add to make this a more complete post about the release:

Complete Details Revealed for 'Spider-Man 3' Blu-ray | High-Def Digest

Tech specs for the Blu-ray edition include 1080p video and both uncompressed PCM and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround tracks.

Retail price for 'Spider-Man 3' on Blu-ray is $49.95.

Sony has also announced 'Spider-Man: The High-Definition Trilogy,' a box set containing all three films in the 'Spider-Man' franchise. No additional specs are provided in the press release -- only a retail price of $99.98.

$49.95 the normal MSRP for BR stuffs, which are then discounted to $20-30 typically, or this one just genuinely more expensive?

So to get all 3 on BR, you have to buy a $100 SKU.

I would have to think that this would not be the case. It most likely will be in the Mission Impossible movies ballpark which I was able to pick up for around $60.

I think amazon will have a good price on it.

I was checking eProductsWar and was surprised to see the Spidey Trilogy already up to #3 seller in BD - $89.09!

Fortunately for me, my wallet gets a break that week - I've never made it past Spidey 1 on DVD; just never liked comic book based movies.

But I'm sure it will be a huge seller. And the break my wallet enjoys will be short lived when Paramount sticks it to me for the Star Trek TOS on HD.
