SPEED to go HD in 2008...

Not sure if this will be of any interest to anybody but I have posted the link below. Apparently, SPEED hopes to be up-and-running with HD by the time they bring 100 hours of NASCAR coverage from Daytona next February. If this has already been discussed or has already been posted, please accept my apologies.

You guessed right, this news broke last.... Monday I think. still it will be a welcomed channel. I no longer care about Nascar, but hopefully Nascar's draw will get this HD channel on E*'s line up quicker.

If Dish is now running TBS in HD and if Ted Turner is still involved, can we HOPEFULLY expect to see TMC HD in the near future?

That is great news. I will now be taking the plunge and DIU to a 722 now that Speed will be in HD. I just hope they add it quickly to the channel lineup.

Hate ro be a kill joy but, just because Speed goes HD doesn't mean Charlie will pay for it
