Special Offer to Return to DISH

I received an offer from DISH to return. Unfortunately, I think it got thrown out.

I think it offered something like free install plus $200 toward equipment.

Is anyone aware of this, or know whether I can get this offer again?

Why not call and ask.? I know that amny of the CSRs are not as well trained as we would like but it is worth a shot.
