It wasn't much different than what we had last week, because there were also 10 "HD Cinema" channels. They just ran one movie for 24 hours.

There were a lot of changes over the years. There may have been 35 or 40 different channels, including at least 5 that never actually launched.

Lemme do some research...

Man, there's a lot on confusing info. Acording to T-Dillon.

HD News
HD Cinema 1-10
Monsters
Equator
WorldSport
Rush
Rave
Ultra
Auction
Gallery
MOOV
Animania

...were the originals. But there were others...

MOOV became Lab.
Auction became Treasure (Actually, it may have been Treasure originally, then switched back and forth.)

For a while, some of the Cinema channels were themed...

World Cinema
Epics
Classics
Gunslingers
Divine (gay themed)
Vice
HaHa

(I also swear Epics was a completely separate channel at the original launch, so maybe that top list is wrong. In fact, I'm not sure Equator was on at launch.)

When Voom first appeared on DISH, there was

GuyTV
The Majestic

At least 5 channels never made it on the air...

Torque
Renew
Sizzle
Coda
Cosmic

Little to nothing is known about these other than Torque would have been a motorsports thing. (There were actually press releases about the programming.)

And of course, there was Kung Fu, Family Room, Gameplay, Film Fest and VOOM HD Movies

So depending on how you look at them, there was as many as 42 different channels- and maybe I'm even missing a few. But the original HD Cinema was like a single service.

Pick your point in time:

replace all spaces with periods.

I doubt this will make it through the link filter.
