well i got my 3500, my next thing to get is the 31" dish and motor and from what ive been reading i need to find my due south sat for motor setup or something? this is my position:

Closest is Nimiq 2 82.0W (Same as your Longitude) Thats a DBS satellite! If you have USALS you can set that up then point your motor dish and all (as one) at any close to true KU satellite!

ok i think i got you, so instead pick one thats ku thats closest to Nimiq 2? and the motor will have disq 1.2 its the like 69$ one from sga so ill just have to mess with it when i get it i was just trying to get prepared for when it comes so i dont have to write 100 posts at a time.

Good idea to have your true (Or close to) south satellite stored it will make everything much easier. The motor will work fine with USALS also.

Post 100 times if you need, as long as its in the same thread its no problem

Right now i just have a 18" dish and only get like 6 chan on 119 even some news stuff from miami, got board one day and went out and put a ku lng on the side if the 18" lnb and hooked up my meter and found a sat did a scan and it was 119 and i got mostly all the music stuff and like 2 video chans is that normal?
