Sony's Fifth Element Blu ray Trade in program

I think this is one of the best "customer service " things Sony has done in a while.

Well, don't get to carried away . . . . .

It's not "public", you have to know about from these type of forums.

And I saw on AVS that when folks called the toll-free number, the service reps claimed to not know anything about it, so probably best to email them, and be sure to include name, address & phone #.

What I haven't seen if an original store receipt is required?

You will need to send in just the disk and a replacement will be sent on July 17
You will recieve a ref number that you will have to include with the diskl

Got my responce from Sony with the address to mail the disk to and they will be sending the new disk fedx on 7/17

Please be sure to include your return address (no PO Boxes) and a copy of this
email. Your replacement will be shipped to you via Fed Ex Ground. The disc
will be sent out after July 17th.
