I just put my $549 in to the Ebay retailer with the lowest shipping charge and who is a certified dish retailer. God have mercy on my soul! I was going to give my business to Claude at the Dishstore, but his shipping charges are higher than the competition. Sorry, but every dollar counts around Xmas.
I was going to wait for the 942, but I now believe that it will be leased - so I can have it in addition to the 921 - have my cake and eat it too, as it were. $549 is a good price for a 180-hour dual tuner DVR that can also record the occasional HD program for time shifting. I can't imagine the price dropping any lower.
