Smile of a Child - Did channel move?

Hi all. I have a FortecStar Mercury II receiver. Smile of a Child has been displaying a color bar pattern for the last week or so. The name of the channel now shows as Open2 TR27. I deleted the channel and rescanned the transponder but can't find a working Smile of a Child. Open2 TR27 continues to show in the list. Did this channel change transponders or might they have stopped broadcasting? I can't find any info saying that anything has changed with the channel. The Glorystar channel list currently gives these details for Smile of a Child which is what the non-working channel is still set to:

Frequency: 12177
Polarity: V
Symbol Rate: 23000
