Slow load

Every time I go to a page, the main part of the page loads instantly.(I can read the posts and stuff just fine. BUT, the URL: xslt.alexa.com take a while to load. It doesn't affect me surfing satellite guys quickly i just wonder why this takes so long.

Its the Alexa banner at the bottom. After we move and upgrade the software we have a plan which will fix that issue.

It's having to pull what I'm guessing is some XML/XSLT pages from another server, so you are essentially opening up a 2nd connection. It's the setup of that connection as well as the speed of that server that is slowing things down. A work around would be to setup a filter with AdBlock (you are using firefox right?). Then it won't even be requested.

Dont matter anymore I removed it last week.
