FYI 99.2w (Spaceway2) is perfectly operational and has been for a while. Currently only spot beams emanate from SW1 & SW2 so if your particular area is not being served by anything from 99.2w, then you are just not receiving any signal; same for 102.8w (Spaceway1). BUT they are both working A-OK.
