I have the SlingBox iPhone app and its the best $30 bucks I ever spent on an app since they updated it for 3G. This iPad HD app will only be able to benefit over WiFi, plus you will need the Slingbox PRO HD at home with a good FIOS upstream as well to get all the HD benefits out of it.

From what I have read, most if not all of the apps will have to be redone for the iPad to fit the bigger screen.
