Slimline 3 set up help

I have a direct TV Slimline 3 dish with one big eye and 4 outputs, all yellow. When I hook it up to my receiver I get all zeros when properly aimed. any help would be appreciated.

We need more information in order to help you. Like texasbrit mentioned, you probably aren't correctly aiming the dish. What's your zip code, what azimuth, elevation, and skew numbers are you using? What equipment is in your setup?
