Stumbled upon this a few days ago. It's a pretty darn good serial killer/thriller/ mystery. It's Canadian, and I believe it ran on Chiller last year.
Worth a watch.

I read if it does, it will adopt the American Horror Story idea of using much of same cast in different roles/stories. So, this story is over.
