I'm trying to set up a Sky satellite receiver Model s12m-t
I'm using a 36 inch dish and a Pansat linear LNB
I see in the forums that a universal LNB is needed. Is that true?
The box came with no manual and the menu settings are in Spanish.
Does anyone know how to change these settings to English.
I use my Sonicview FTA receiver and I get good quality on this bird.
I see that there are two settings in the menu, pas9-24k and pas9-13k
I don't get quality in either of these two settings.

The Sky system requires an Universal type LNBF.

Do not have a STB to assist with know how to change language

Thanks for your help.
I installed the universal LNB and I did get a picture on channel 100.
Then I went to some other channels and I got a message that my
receiver was not set up correctly and to call customer service.
Does anyone have a phone # for sky mexico customer service.
