Sky Mexico Transponders

Hello, I bought a HD receiver from Sky. I can receieve a few channels in HD. I only can get transponders 9 to 24 but I can't any from 1 to 8. I want to see if it has to be anything to do with the LNB or something else. I have moved the antenna to see if i can get the other channels to work but no success. I have a 2.5 mts. antenna and the LNB is the one from SKY.

Hi, are you trying to get Sky Mexico from Intelsat 9 at 58w ? That satellite uses linear transponders so perhaps you are only receiving one polarity. I don't have that receiver so I can't advise how to test. But you might be about to cross check the TPs you are receiving with the ones listed on lyngsat and see if you are only receiving one polarity. Hope this helps, DC

What channels don't you get? I have Sky HD and get all of them but I am in LA.
