Sky Internet Tv

This is not going to fly in its current form. Not enough content for the price and the $200 upfront fee is a killer. Might as well get satellite than to get this service. The only advantage to it is that you can take it anywhere you go but still not near enough content for the price upfront and per month.

Pay-per-View is included....Events, NFL Sunday Ticket, Baseball Extra Innings, etc.
CNN-TBS-WGN-CRICKET-GOLF-TENNIS-PPV is a huge draw. Channels that you may need 2 satellite services (DTV and DISH) to see.

It looks like Sky Internet TV service is dead. They no longer reply to email requests for demos. I did demo the service last month the picture and sound quality was absolutely terrible. Only 12 channels. Most of the 12 channels are free anyway!

I would not count on Sky Internet TV in the future.

Every word in my previous post is true. If you believe otherwise that's fine.

Sky Internet TV will have to prove to me that they are capable of delivering on their promises. In my opinion they have failed miserably.

I'm willing to pay $20-$25 a month for any service that can deliver both the linear TV channels ESPN and ESPN2 over the internet with acceptable picture and sound quality. In my opinion acceptable quality is defined as any service delivered with the same or better quality as VDC (Virtual Digital Cable) provides it's customers. (Bit rates at or above 1.1Mbps) If Sky Internet TV can do this I want to see it!

Well, I tried 4 times in a month to get a demo, finally on my 4th try, someone responded and quality is just as efbrune says... horrible
