Skip issues

I have been having skip (forward and back) issues since I first installed my Hopper & 2 Joeys. Skip back is commonly not 10 seconds. Often it is up to 30 seconds. Also commonly, you hit skip back once and it runs for a few minutes or seconds and then jumps to live tv.

Anyone else seeing this or have an idea what might be causing it.

Similar to issues on the ViP receivers that have been reported here.

Anyone seeing this? I am still having the problem. You have to hit skip back twice, or it will commonly jump back to live TV on its own within a few seconds. And the skip back is often not 10 seconds.
