single LNB dish two satellites - possible?

Hello all, I live in Eugene OR and am trying to get my local channels from 119 on my single LNB Winegard (RV) dish with DirecTv I am told I need a 2 (or more LNB) dish to do this. Is this correct or can I tune to 119 and get the locals. It is a mirrored receiver and I only do it a few times a year for football games at Autzen Stadium. Thanks in advance for your sage advice.........
