What happed to the SV fill ins that were supposed to be turned on today?

If I understand SV then I have had significantly viewed fill ins since DISH launched my locals on June 3rd. The Parkersburg WV DMA only has NBC/FOX and the CBS/ABC I get come from Clarksburg, WV

Dish has to follow 2 different sets of rules when it comes to SV
-any market added in 2010 they can do SV right away
-any market added before that if the channels are truly SV they can be added right away. In some markets its considered a distant and Dish is still waiting on the FCC to approve them to do distants again

The OP I assume is in Panama City, FL and is waiting for CBS from Dothan, AL. I had heard the 29th but I guess that didnt happen...but its Dish so what do ya expect?

I was expecting the ABC to get turned on as well, and it wasn't. I'm in the Terre Haute market. ...but again... it's Dish..... so it's expected.

DISH got the go ahead from the FCC on 3 Sept, then we waited 120 days ........then it was supposed to go back to the Courts.........4 weeks of hearing nothing....then, yesterday DISH got some sort of extension until 15 Nov....... not sure why on earth DISH couldn't have resolved this sooner........but we are talking DISH so who knows how long we will be waiting for our missing stations in the short markets.
