Signal Testing?

With all the threads and anticipation for the new HD channels I decided to look at my signal strength on the new sat. While trying to view my signal strength I received this message that it will conflict with a scheduled event named "Signal Testing". Has anybody seen this before and/or know what it is?

yes, this too is already in at least two of the other threads on DirecTV-10 and 103b

I guess the spot beam problem will affect some of those waiting for HD locals, but of course should not impact the national channels.
