Signal strength scale for Hopper

Been having some picture break-up/pixelation problems over the past couple days on 129/trans 10 (SoCal locals). They're aware of some video issues on that beam, but while talking to the advanced tech support rep, she brought up they like to see 50 as a minimum signal strength, which I've never had on 129 (currently sitting at 35 for the socal spotbeam). When I asked which IRD she was talking about, because I believe the scales are different on different boxes, she didn't know, just said "As a general rule, based on what the techs told us". Can anyone say what a decent minimum signal strength is for Hopper, and if it is different from the VIP boxes? Just curious now. Thanks.

Same on Hopper and ViP. 50+ definitely recommended on 129 TPs 19 20 29 30.
