Signal Problems

Since a couple of months I am experiencing a strange behaviour of my setup, where I loose signal on most channels. If I go into the satellite setup I can see the signal meter going from 95% to 0 , back to 95% and so on. This is happening on both my 2 receivers hooked up with 2 separate cables to a duak LNB. This problem only occurs a few times a day, at random times. I am not able to replicate the issue on th sam time of the day. I've replaced the LNB with a new one and I've also checked the end connectors of both cables.

When the system is working I have 90+ % on all the transponders.

101 , 1.8 meters dish in the Bay Islands ! Been working flawlessly for almost 10 years. Right now I have 95+ SS on most the transponders
